Training for coaches who work with high performers
Most coaching tools work with a client who's regulated and ready to think. This is what you use when they're not.

You have a coaching client sitting across from you, a high-performing leader who is great at their job. You've worked with them before, but this time something is different.
You ask a good question, and while they give you a clear, thoughtful answer, something feels off. You both leave the session feeling as if something was sitting just below the surface, but you're unable to put your finger on just what that was.
You've probably had this session more than once. A client who says all the right things, engages with every question, but leaves exactly where they started.
Underneath their composure is a nervous system running on empty — one they've become very good at hiding.
Standard coach training is excellent at working with the thinking system. It's just not built for what's underneath it — the state of your client's nervous system that decides whether any of your other coaching tools make a difference.
That underneath layer we talked about is your client's nervous system, and it's not really a mystery. In fact, most nervous system training will teach you the theory of it perfectly well.
But what it won't teach you is how to bring it into an actual coaching session. Transferring nervous system work from the clinic to the coaching room is never easy. How do you begin to work with it live, with a real client, without the conversation turning clinical? How do you talk about it without losing the thread of what you were coaching them on in the first place?
Embodied Performance training builds that piece directly into the coaching you already do, so there's a smooth flow to the work you do with each and every client, no matter what their state is when they show up.
I'm Andre Duquemin
My first training was in osteopathy, and that's what people usually notice first. But in reality, what makes this training different is twenty-five years spent working at the intersection of osteopathy, somatic therapy, trauma work, peak performance science and my own meditation practice.
This allowed me, over the course of more than 40,000 client sessions, to build a clinical picture of how the body and mind actually work under pressure. And it was the past ten years coaching executives that taught me how to bring all of that into a coaching conversation, not simply a clinical one.
The framework I teach is built from all of it — body, emotion, and thinking, working together rather than as separate techniques. It's the one I wish I'd had in my first five years of coaching.

Here's what makes this different
Most somatic programmes teach you to regulate the nervous system and then leave you asking "now what?" once a client settles.
Most programmes built around the thinking system assume your client has the capacity to engage with cognitive tools. When they're running on empty like that, they don't.
This programme integrates both directions. You'll learn bottom-up tools that work through the body when nothing else can get through. And you'll learn how nervous system regulation and psychological flexibility work together as one coherent system, so that once a client is regulated, you know exactly where to take them next.
That's when you really start to see people change.
In practice, that means learning to work fluidly across the three systems your client experiences pressure through — survival, feeling, and thinking — rather than mastering just one of them.

Embodied Performance Foundations
8 Weeks Online, Starting October 12th, 2026
This is the missing piece in your coaching practice. Built for coaches who already work with high performers, you'll learn to read what's happening in a client's nervous system and bring them back to a state where your existing coaching tools can do their job.
You'll gain a way of working with the body and nervous system that sits alongside the coaching you already do, sharper judgement on when a client's regulated enough to think, and a framework you can use with real clients from week one — no clinical background required.

Real transformation stories from clients working with coaches trained in the Embodied Performance framework.
"I feel calmer, I sleep better, I am so grateful for what life has brought since I did the coaching (and used the regulation tools and technqiues!) And I can enjoy my children and life again.."

"After the training I can sit with the discomfort, ease the feelings of anxiety and make changes quicker. I trust my instincts more and feel at ease doing so."

"I can't tell you how grateful I am for the Embodied Performance framework and the techniques I learned had a huge impact on me personally"
