Most nervous system training teaches you the science.
We show you how to use it with real clients.
For executive and leadership coaches who are ready to work with any client in any state and want the framework to do it with confidence.

Something has shifted in the coaching world
In 2026, executives are showing up under more pressure than at any point in the last twenty-five years. More stressed. More overwhelmed. Further down the performance spectrum than most of us were trained to work with.
Your coaching tools haven't stopped working. But the clients sitting across from you have changed.
And if you don't have nervous system regulation in your toolkit, you'll keep hitting the same wall, reaching for your most used coaching tools and watching them bounce off a nervous system that simply isn't ready to receive them.
That's not a failure of skill.
It's a gap in what most coach training ever covered.
There's a whole dimension of the human experience that sits underneath thought and emotion: the body, the nervous system, the survival responses that quietly determine whether any coaching tool lands or not.
The layer most coach training never touches.
Most nervous system programmes teach you the science behind this.
What they rarely do is teach you how to bring it into a coaching conversation with a sceptical executive, in a way that feels natural, grounded, and immediately useful.
That's the gap this programme closes. Not by replacing what you already do but by giving it the foundation it needs to work with every client, not just the regulated ones.
I'm Andre Duquemin
25 years of hands-on somatic therapy — the clinical foundation most coaches never get access to
10+ years coaching executives under real pressure — everything taught is adapted for coaching conversations, not clinical settings
Trained in acceptance and commitment therapy, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed practice, and peak performance science
The framework I teach is the one I wish I'd had in my first five years of coaching
Clinical foundation
25 years of hands-on somatic work gives you the body-based skills most coach training misses.
Coaching Application
10+ years coaching executives means everything you learn works in real coaching conversations, not just clinical settings.

Here's what makes this different
Most somatic programmes teach you to regulate the nervous system and then leave you asking "now what?" once a client settles.
Most neuroscience programmes assume your clients have the nervous system capacity to engage with cognitive tools. At minus three or minus four on the performance spectrum, they don't.
This programme integrates both directions. You'll learn bottom-up tools that work through the body when nothing else can get through. And you'll learn how nervous system regulation and psychological flexibility work together as one coherent system, so that once a client is regulated, you know exactly where to take them next.
That's when you really start to see people change.
Three Integrated Systems.
One Integrated Approach.
Your clients experience pressure through three interconnected systems simultaneously. Knowing which system is most activated right now tells you where to start.
The Survival System
Under intense pressure, the survival system takes over. Physical sensations flood the body, racing heart, shallow breathing. The nervous system is running the show..
You'll learn: Read survival system activation and use body-based tools to bring clients back into their window of regulation..
The Feeling System
When pressure is high, emotions overwhelm instead of inform. Your client feels everything but can't use it
You'll learn: Help clients locate emotion in the body and work with it as information, turning feelings into a guide rather than a flood.
The Thinking System
Under strain, thinking becomes rumination instead of clarity. Mental loops spin without resolution.
You'll learn: Help clients unhook from the thoughts keeping them stuck and move toward purposeful, values-directed action.

The CORE Method:
How you work with any client in any state.
CORE is the four-step method that runs through every session — and it starts not with your client, but with you.
CENTRE — Regulate yourself first. A settled coach creates the conditions for a settled client.
ORIENT — Assess where your client is right now. Assessment always comes before intervention.
REGULATE — Choose the right tool for this client in this state in this session.
ENGAGE — Once regulated, move your client toward purposeful, values-directed action.
This isn't a formula. It's a clinical skill and it's one you can learn.
Eight weeks. Any client. Any state.
Embodied Performance Foundations combines science, experiential practice, and real-time feedback, with between-session assignments that take your learning directly into your work from week three onward.
Week 1-2
The Map and the Framework: Understand how stress accumulates, how the window of regulation narrows, and why this changes everything about how you read and respond to clients.
Week 3-5
Building Your Toolkit: Develop your survival system toolkit, the body-based tools that work when nothing else can get through. Then build your feeling and thinking system skills, week by week, until you can work fluidly across all three.
Week 6-8
Integration and Mastery: Run complete sessions across the full spectrum. Frameworks become instinct. You leave with a way of working you'll still be using five years from now.

What clients say about working with Andre
Real transformation stories from clients working with coaches trained in the Embodied Performance framework.
"I feel calmer, I sleep better, I am so grateful for what life has brought since I did the coaching (and used the regulation tools and technqiues!) And I can enjoy my children and life again.."
"After the training I can sit with the discomfort, ease the feelings of anxiety and make changes quicker. I trust my instincts more and feel at ease doing so."
"I can't tell you how grateful I am for the Embodied Performance framework and the techniques I learned had a huge impact on me personally"
FAQs
Clarifying the details of our transformative coaching approach
Who is this programme for?
Experienced executive, leadership, and performance coaches (including internal coaches working within organisations) who recognise that their clients are showing up under more pressure than their current training covers.
Do I Need A Clinical Background?
No. Everything is adapted for coaching conversations. If you can coach executives, you can learn this.
Can I use this with corporate clients??
Yes. These are conversational tools that feel completely natural in executive coaching sessions — not bodywork.
How quickly can I apply this?
From week three you'll be using tools with real clients as part of your between-session practice. Most coaches notice a shift in how they read and respond to clients within the first two weeks.
How much time per week?
Approximately 3–4 hours — the 90-minute live session, preparation, and your between-session practice with clients.
Do I need special training?
No prior somatic experience is required. We designed this programme for coaches with existing skills who want to expand their toolkit with body-based approaches.
What makes this different from other neuroscience programmes?
Most neuroscience programmes teach top-down, cognitive approaches. This teaches you both directions — bottom-up regulation through the body and top-down psychological flexibility work — and critically, how to assess which direction is available for your client right now. That assessment skill is what most programmes never teach.
What makes this different from other somatic programmes?
Most somatic programmes teach regulation but leave coaches asking "now what?" once a client settles. This gives you the complete system: regulation creates the foundation, then a clear method for moving clients toward values-directed action and peak performance.
Do I need prior somatic experience?
No prior somatic experience required. You need coaching experience, genuine curiosity about the nervous system, and a sense that there's more available to you and your clients than your current toolkit reaches.

The programme that makes everything else land.
This Training Completes Your Toolkit.
Your existing coaching expertise doesn't become redundant when you learn this. It becomes more powerful because now you have the foundation it needs to actually work.
Foundations
Knowing where a client is on the performance spectrum gives you a point of reference for every session. Knowing which system is most accessible tells you where to start. And knowing how to regulate yourself first, before any of that, changes what's possible for every client you work with.
That's the whole thing.
